Getting Involved - 2025

At Stone Coast there are many ways to get involved both inside the church and in the community. Take a few minutes to look at the various opportunities to serve, and then check off the TOP 1-3 you're interested in learning more about. Someone from our team will give you a call during the upcoming week to explain more about it, answer any questions you have and if you're interested, you can set up a time to check it out in person. Most of these are on a rotating schedule so you can serve as frequently as you'd like or as seldom.

We're looking for people who are not only gifted at singing and/or playing an instrument but also for people who love God and see music as a way to worship God and to lead others to do the same.

On our production team you can do sound mixing for music; we can train you if you're interested. 8:30am on Sunday mornings.

Every Sunday we need someone to use a simple program called, Proclaim, to put up the slides for music and the teaching. This is very easy to do and we will show you how.  You can arrive by 9:30 and be ready to go.

On our production team you can run the video camera in order to give our on-line audience a great picture to look at and worship the Lord.  We can train you how to do this.  Arrive by 9:30am and be ready to go.

Our Care Team consists of many things for you to choose from. You can offer to cook meals for people in need; pray for people's prayer requests, or call and/or visit people who could use some support.

Our moderating team serves during church services by engaging with our online audience, making comments, and adding notes from the teaching outline.

Our KidsChurch and youth programs are intended to connect with families who have kids of all ages, including nursery/preschool, elementary ages, middle schoolers and high schoolers. You can be a classroom teacher or assistant, you could help with check-in; chaperone youth events, and more. Your time and energy spent with any of these age groups is an investment in this generation and the future.

First impressions matter! Greeting people as they come in the front door makes a difference and is a simple way to show that we're a friendly church. Once folks get into the church area, ushers are there to answer questions, show people to their seats and again, just welcome people with a smile.

Four Echoes is the church's non-profit vintage shoppe located at 380 Fall River Ave in Seekonk, Ma. We welcome individuals who want to be part of something bigger than themselves and have opportunities on our sales operations team, donation processing team, projects team (painting, landscaping, building maintenance), and media and marketing team.

Emerge is our mentor program for youth who age out of Foster Care. We are looking for people who will commit to being a mentor for at least one year and to meet weekly for a minimum of one hour a week.
